FEB.9 (Southeastern PA) Decreased Medical Helicopter Availability Likely

It is entirely likely that medical  helicopters will not be flying today due to weather and in fact, may already be unavailable. While monitoring local helicopter air traffic there has been a noticeable decrease in normal radio communications.
