The fuel is contained to the shoulder of the roadway. No waterways or soil were impacted. PennDOT was requested to respond with a sand truck. Exit 30 is closed but exit 29 remained open. There is a backlog back to mile marker 31.5 (two and half miles) at this time. The first tractor trailer was hauling 25,000 Ibs. of bulk paper pulp. The trailer is compromised however the contents are still inside the trailer. The second tractor trailer was empty. There are no unmet needs at this time. A lane restriction was estimated. ~ jjd

Fire Department has been requested to stage for an incoming aircraft with two tires out on main landing gear. In addition to the fire department apparatus, additional ambulances were requested to the scene.
Aircraft reported to have landed safely.

Early scanner reports indicate the plane crashed shortly after takeoff. Pilot reported out of the aircraft after neighborhood residents pulled pilot from aircraft. Fire Department confirmed there was no fire after the crash. No other victims were indicated by the authorities

Jeffstat2 initially provided a 15 minute ETA. PennSTAR advised a closer helicopter had become available. A landing zone at Wings Airport (KLOM) was designated. PennStar4 arrived at Wings Airport at approximately 17:32 hrs to meet the ambulance from the scene of the crash. When the helicopter left the airport enroute to the (undesignated) hospital, they reported the victim was unresponsive.

(Naples, FL) Civil Air Patrol Hanger Destroyed by Hurricane Irma
The hanger shared by Naples Senior and Naples Cadet squadron sustained significant damage which caused the building to flood.
